Safety Data Sheet Author (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• SDS Program Support to include:
  • Liaise with clients to scope and cost their requirements
  • Manage relationships to SDS authoring partners
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of SDS
  • Build and approve SDS
  • Improve existing procedures and processes around the SDS authoring
• Improve and Deliver Notification services within the EU to include:
  • Poison Centre Notifications
  • Product Notifications for the Tobacco Vaping industry
• Support the expansion of H2 Compliance Chemical Regulatory Services outside the EU
  • Develop a deep understanding of requirements for Chemical Regulatory services in non-EU regions (“Global roadmap”)
  • Develop business case for the progressive roll-out of Chemical Regulatory services
  • Support the deployment of identified solutions

Your qualifications

• Proven expertise in Safety Data Sheet authoring
• Deep understanding of CLP and REACH Regulations
• Knowledge of any other chemical compliance areas will be an advantage
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Willingness to work in a process and systems-oriented environment, involving Excel as well as H2 Compliance’s software platform, “element1”
• Strong English language, to be able to communicate with colleagues & authorities
• Excellent communication skills, for direct contact with internal and external customers & suppliers in a foreign language
